Lead discovery with clients: workshops, interviews and mapping how work really gets done.

Design flows, interfaces and the design systems behind them, from first sketch to shipped product.

Prototype in the browser and work side by side with engineers every day — no hand-offs.

Present your work to clients in demos and design reviews, and own the decisions behind it.

First week
Meet the team, get to know our clients and products, and sit in on a design review.
First month
Take on a real feature end to end, paired with an engineer, and present it in a client demo.
First quarter
Lead the design of a product or major module, from discovery to release.
